In his latest blog, Bode Miller announces he is ending his season early
and won't be skiing at World Cup Finals this week in Germany. The
Olympic gold medalist said his ankle injury is still bothering him.
He's in San Diego now getting treatment and is going to take the rest
of the season off to rest and recuperate. Miller is undecided about
next season.

Bode reflects on Olympic bronze in men's downhill

Less than a tenth of a second off the pace for gold, Miller said he's psyched about they way he skied. "I was charging 100 percent." The American is equally fired up for the remaining four Alpine events in Vancouver. Next up: Friday's super-G.
