Lamy Chappuis goes back-to-back

It was a bit of déjà vu in Austria. Frenchman Jason Lamy Chappuis topped Austria's Felix Gottwald for the second straight day, and in a repeat of Friday's results, Johnny Spillane, Todd Lodwick and Bill Demong all found their way into the top 10.

RAMSAU, Austria (AP) -- Jason Lamy Chappuis of France won his second straight Nordic combined World Cup title to stretch his lead in the overall standings.

In a repeat of Friday's race, Lamy Chappuis overtook Felix Gottwald of Austria in the final kilometer of the 10-kilometer cross country race on Saturday.

The Frenchman, who was third after the ski-jumping discipline, finished in 25 minutes, 45.6 seconds for his fourth win of the season and ninth overall.

Tino Edelmann of Germany was 2.1 seconds back in second, while Alessandro Pittin of Italy took third, 3.7 behind.

Gottwald finished fifth, 8.3 seconds after Lamy Chappuis.
