Whistler's calm before the Games
While other venues in Vancouver may be dealing with snow issues, picturesque Whistler is looking to be in tiptop shape already according to Universal Sports blogger Peter Graves. Nordic teams have begun to arrive and pre-Olympic preparations are being made with video cameras being installed and wax huts being visited by competitors from around the globes.

For three days of the 17-day Olympic competition, the best in the world of Nordic combined will get their chance to win their way into the record books.
